A national training provider that had recently successfully secured several new contracts was in urgent need to recruit 5 qualified construction assessors that could start work asap. They retained our services on an exclusive basis ensuring that our team would focus all of their efforts into sourcing the best talent available in the marketplace. Within two working weeks we had presented our client with a fully vetted shortlist of 11 assessors. The feedback we received from the interviews was fantastic, they appointed 5 assessors immediately and later went on to recruit 3 more from the shortlist.
We were approached by an ambitious start-up Training Provider who have strategically planned their launch into the market place in 2020 and 2021. They had made an acquisition of an ITP on RoATP and were looking to expand their assessing and training teams to ensure their clients learners were satisfied. Using our extensive network of assessors we were able to provide them with some fully screened freelance assessors within days of our initial conversations. We are delighted to have helped them recruit their first emplyees and continue to work with them as they go from strength to strength.
End-point assessment (EPA) was one of the biggest changes in the restructuring of the apprenticeship reforms. These changes meant that a whole new workforce would have to be created to allow apprentices to complete and achieve their qualifications. The EPA Jobs team was contacted and subsequently retained over a 3 month period by one of the worlds leading education bodies to help them recruit large volumes of freelance “EPA” end point assessors. This was an exciting and challenging project that our team took onboard with extreme pride. Not only did we find existing End Point Assessors that were looking for a new challenge, we also contacted several NVQ Assessors who were also interested in EPA. After putting a large number of already CAVA TAQA A1 qualified assessors in contact with a EPA training provider, we then successfully placed them with our prestigious client.
James Deakin had worked in the catering industry for over 15 years, he had gained his NVQ;s via a training provider that were skilling the catering and hospitality divisions at the hotel he was employed by. He was very impressed with the assessor that was shadowing his work and liked the idea of one day passing on his expertise to help other chefs and cooks achieve their qualifications. He contacted us to find out where he could take the assessor qualification and to discuss his career prospects after he had become qualified. Our partnerships and affiliations in the industry were put to good measure, we introduced him to one of our assessor training partners who were able to provide him with the most up to date assessor course and the learners required to complete the qualification. James currently works freelance with colleges and learning providers throughout the UK.
